1. What is a "Power-Up" Pack service?
- A: "Power-Up" Pack is a service that offers unlimited download of Java Games, New Applications and various other downloads at a very low price.
2. What are some of the New Applications that you are offering under "Power-Up" Pack service?
- A: The new applications offered would include zed Clock/Alarm Clock, zed Joke, zed Mobile Weather, zed Poem, zed Yoga, Soul Affinity etc.
3. How do I subscribe to "Power-Up" Pack?
- A: To subscribe, simply type ON PUP and send the sms to 32882
4. What are the charges involved after I subscribed to PUP service?
- A: Once you subscribed to PUP service, you'll get a Welcome Message (Free) and a Content List (RM2.50/SMS). There will be 4 SMS a month. On top of that, any Games/New Applications/contents downloaded will be charged at RM1.
5. What will happen after I subscribe to "Power-Up" Pack service?
- A: After subscribing, you will receive a "Welcome Message" with a text wap push link. Click on this wap push link and it will lead you to the PUP wapsite for you to choose and download your desired game/applications. Please ensure you have GPRS activated in order to download these contents (please consult your mobile service provider for details on GPRS activation or charges)
6. How do I download my desired content once I'm in the PUP wapsite?
- A: Browse through and select the content you wish to download. Click on the desired game/application link url and the Wap/GPRS session will start. Wait until it connects. The content that you desired will be downloaded automatically into your hand phone after that.
7. Where do I find my Java Game/New Applications on my phone after I have downloaded it?
- A: Once you have successfully downloaded your contents, you can find it either in the Applications or Games folder, depending on the features of the handset you own.
8. How much does it cost to download a content for PUP subscriber?
- A: Each contents downloaded are charged at RM1.00 each.
9. How many games/applications can I download in a day?
- A: You can download as many contents as you wish, each content is charged at RM1.
10. What other contents that I can download via the PUP wap site?
- A: Other contents available include Animated Wallpaper, Truetone and Wallpaper.
11. How much does these contents (Animated wallpaper, Truetone, Wallpaper, Theme) cost to the PUP subscriber?
- A: For PUP member, each contents downloaded is only RM1.00.
12. How will I know whether my hand-phone supports the New Applications content?
- A: You may refer to our website (www.zed.com.my) or contact our Customer Service line at 03-2167 9693 for further assistance.
13. What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription to "Power-Up" Pack?
- A: To unsubscribe, simply send STOP PUP to 32882.
14. Is "Power-Up Pack" services available to all operators?
- A: Yes, "Power-Up Pack" services available to all operators (prepaid & postpaid): Maxis, Celcom, Digi

1. What is a "Magic Box" & TMagic Box service?
- A: "Magic Box" is a subscription service that offers a variety of content from games, poly ringtones, true tones, animated wallpapers and wallpaper. Meanwhile, "TMagic Box" offers black & white contents like Picture message, Logo and Monotone.
2. How to subscribe?
- MAGIC - To subscribe, send ON MAGIC to 32882. User subscribing to ON MAGIC will receive a daily wap push link which enables them to select and download the desired content, namely Wallpaper, Animated Wallpaper, Polytone, Truetone and Java Games. Monthly subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancelled. To unsubscribe, send STOP MAGIC to 32882. TMAGIC - To subscribe, send ON TMAGIC to 32882. User subscribing to ON TMAGIC will receive a list of available content to be downloaded, namely Monotone, Logo Operator and Picture Message. Monthly subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancelled. To unsubscribe, send STOP TMAGIC to 32882.
3. How much are the charges?
- A: You are charged RM0.80 per day and are entitled to download ONE content per day. Subsequent download(s) for the day will be charged RM2.00 each for MagicBox & RM1.00 each for TMagicBox.
4. What will happen after I subscribed to Magic Box?
- A: After you subscribed to Magic Box by sending ON MAGIC or ON TMAGIC to 32882, you will receive the RM0.80 charged SMS every day with a wap link/content list that will enable you to download any ONE content from a varieties of games, poly ringtones, true tone, wallpaper, animated wallpaper, picture message, logo and monotone, at no extra cost.
5. Do I need to have WAP/GPRS activated in order to use this service?
- A: For Magic Box, you need to activate your WAP/GPRS for download. However, TMagic does not require WAP/GPRS activation.
6. How do I get the Wap settings for my phone?
- A: To obtain Wap settings, you can always call your mobile network operator for assistance to activate your GPRS.
7. I have received the text message wap link on my handset, what do I do next?
- A: Click on the wap link url and the Wap/GPRS session will start. Wait until it connects. Browse through and select the content you wish to download. It will be delivered to your handset.
8. How many contents can I download in a day?
- A: You can download as many contents as you like, but only the first download is free (which was already charged on the text message with wap link/content list sent to you earlier). Any further downloads within that day will be charged at RM2 each for Magic Box and RM1 each for TMagic Box. +A2
9. Where do I find my Java Game / Polytone /Truetone/ Theme/Wallpaper on my phone after I have downloaded it?
- A: Once you have successfully downloaded any one of these contents, you can find it either in the gallery, pictures or sounds folder, depending on the features of the handset you own.
10. The content downloaded does not work? What do I do next?
- A: Your phone may not be compatible with the content. If you wish to get further clarifications, please call our Customer Care at 03-2167 9693.
11. What will happen if I did not download any content for the day?
- A: If you did not download any content from the text messages wap link sent to you, it will expire automatically and there is no refund. You will then get a new RM0.80 charged text message the next day with a new wap link for you to download the content of your choice.
12. What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription to Magic Box?
- A: To unsubscribe MagicBox, simply send STOP MAGIC to 32882. To unscubscribe TMagicBox or STOP TMAGIC to 32882.

1. Who is Zed and what sort of services do they offer?
- A: Zed is a mobile value added service provider which gives various services via SMS for the mobile phone users.
2. Who are the partner operators for zed?
- A: Zed is available through all Malaysia mobile network operators: MAXIS CELCOM, and DiGi.
3. What is the pricing for the content downloaded?

4. How do I cancel my order?
- A: Cancellation of subscription can be done via SMS. Simply type STOP followed by the service keyword, example STOP JOKE and send the message to 32882.
5. I got an answer: The zed service keyword is not recognized. Why did I get this message?
- A: The error message indicates that you have typed in an invalid or wrong command. You might also want to check on the spelling or contact our customer service.
6. I cannot receive sms messages to my mobile - what do I do?
- A: There could be several reasons for not receiving the sms:
  a) Inbox is full
  b) Not enough credit - applicable for prepaid
  c) Spelling error
  d) SMS service by your network provider is not available

7. I sent sms text message to 32882 for a service but did not get a reply. Will I be charged?
- A: No, you will not be charged if your request is unsuccessful. However, you will be charged RM0.15 by your network operator (sms charge varies across network operator) for the sms request sent.
8. What type of charges/cost will I incur if I use zed service?
- A: For any of the services required, there will be 2 types of charges incurred:
  a) zed - zed will charge you the price of the services requested. For the list of pricing, please refer to Price link at the main page.
  b) Network Operator - Whenever you send out a message, your own network operator will charge you for each sms sent out. The sms charges are vary, depending on the network operator.

1. How do I request content from the website?
- A: i. Choose the content/product
  
  ii. SMS in Keyword and send to 32882. exp (Polyphonic): POLY 130030 iii. Zed will send your content/product as a download link to you cellphone

 
        
        2. I ordered a product but I haven't received anything yet, what do I do?
         
                A: If you have ordered a product and received nothing back then there is probably some congestion in the cell phone network which is delaying your messages being sent back to you. You can check this by turning your phone off and then turning it back on as this sometimes helps to search for new messages on your cell phone number. Until you receive texts from Zed, you won't have been charged. Text messages can take up to 24 hours to reach your phone.

                A: Power Up Pack (PUP) is a subscription service that offers a variety of contents type such as Java Game/Content/New Applications/Poly etc charged at RM1.00 each. 
Magic Box provides lifestyle message with 1 content download priced at RM0.80/day for while TMagicBox will receive daily content list with 1 content download a day. Subsequent download(s) for the day will be charged RM2.00 each for MagicBox & RM1.00 each for TMagicBox.
